The second edition of 1992 combined all four parts
of the first edition of 1981 in one volume,
with some revisions, altogether:
849 four-color illustrations.
Although the 2nd edition
has been officially out of print since 1999, Aerial Press
has retained the rights, and
is in process of republishing it. Meanwhile,
we have available the 3rd edition, which is
an inexpensive monochrome
copy of the 2nd edition.
